Korean Tomatoes are a delicious and easy way to prepare tomatoes for the winter. Due to the fact that tomatoes are marinated in a large amount of greens and garlic, with the addition of chili, soy sauce and vinegar, they are aromatic, slightly spicy and moderately salty. The more tomatoes are marinated in the dressing, the more intensely their flavor becomes. During the cooking process, tomatoes are not heat treated, so the main condition for their storage is only in the refrigerator.

We wash the Bulgarian and hot peppers under running water, put them on a kitchen towel so that they do not dry out. Then we cut them in half, remove the stalks and seeds and cut them into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Peel and wash the garlic.

We wash the greens under cool running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry from the water. Then we cut off the branches of greenery from the stems.

Put prepared Bulgarian and hot peppers, herbs, half a serving of basil and garlic cloves in a blender. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass. Then add soy sauce, sugar and salt, vegetable oil and vinegar. Grind everything again on a blender. Then combine the dressing with the remaining basil leaves.

Rinse the tomatoes, put them on a kitchen towel and leave them for 15-20 minutes to dry out a little. Then we cut the tomatoes in half, remove the stalks and cut the tomatoes into small slices 1.5-2 cm wide.

We seal the jars with boiled lids, turn them upside down, put the jars in bowls and send them to the refrigerator. The next day the tomatoes will be fully cooked.
