Fresh juicy tomatoes marinated in bell pepper sauce with lots of fresh herbs and garlic are a great combination for a delicious sauce that goes perfectly with a meat dish. In a large container, mix the chopped tomato slices, chopped herbs and vegetables chopped on a blender. Mix well and put in a clean jar, tamping slightly with a spoon. We tighten the lid, turn the jar upside down and put it in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours so that the tomatoes are well saturated with the aroma of herbs, vegetables and spices.
