Korean Tomatoes with Soy Sauce

Tomato salad with basil and soy sauce is a real treat. Fresh juicy tomatoes marinated in bell pepper sauce with lots of fresh herbs and garlic are a great combination for a delicious sauce that goes perfectly with a meat dish. One has only to prepare such a salad once, and it will become a frequent guest on your table.

Pepper, rinse and cut in half, remove the stalk and seeds. Cut the pepper into strips.

Rinse the dill, basil and parsley under a stream of cool running water, spread it on a towel so that the greens dry out from the water. Then finely chop half a bunch of basil and dill, as well as the whole bunch of parsley.

Bulgarian and hot peppers, garlic and half a bunch of basil and dill, grind in a blender.

Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar, soy sauce and vinegar to chopped vegetables and herbs. Mix everything well.

We wash the tomatoes under warm running water, put them on a towel and let them dry a little. Then cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stalks. Cut the tomatoes into small wedges.

In a large container, mix the chopped tomato slices, chopped herbs and vegetables chopped on a blender. Mix well and put in a clean jar, tamping slightly with a spoon. We tighten the lid, turn the jar upside down and put it in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours so that the tomatoes are well saturated with the aroma of herbs, vegetables and spices.
