Korean style tomatoes in an instant jar

Korean-style spicy tomatoes are an excellent cold appetizer or a side dish for meat or fish dishes, boiled potatoes or pasta. Cooked in a matter of minutes, marinated throughout the day, they will be an excellent option for serving vegetables to the festive table and will be a good alternative to fresh salad. Tomatoes are moderately salty and spicy, you can adjust the amount of chili to your taste, if you want them to be spicy - increase the portion of pepper and garlic.

And if you let the tomatoes stand for 24 hours, they will acquire a more pronounced taste and are saturated with the flavors and aromas of herbs, oil, salt and vinegar. Put the tomatoes in a salad bowl and serve. Ready-made tomatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 4 days, but believe me that after 1-2 days you simply will not have them left!
