Instant tomatoes are a great alternative to pickled tomatoes. The preparation process takes no more than half an hour, it takes about a day for the tomatoes to marinate - and you're done! Delicious and moderately spicy, with a lot of herbs, the addition of hot and bell peppers, they contain a wide variety of tastes and aromas. You can taste tomatoes after 8-10 hours, however, they become the most delicious after 24 hours.

We wash the bell peppers and hot peppers under running water, remove the stalks, cut in half and remove the seeds. Then cut the pepper into 4-6 pieces and place in a blender. We also send peeled garlic there. Grind vegetables at high speed until puree.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly in warm running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry. Then we cut each tomato in half and remove the stalks. Then we cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces. In a saucepan, mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar and vinegar. Heat and stir until salt and sugar dissolve. Remove the dressing from the heat and let it cool.

Rinse the greens thoroughly under a stream of cool running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry from the water for 15-20 minutes. Then chop it finely with a knife.
