Prepare all the ingredients for a tomato snack. Rinse the tomatoes and dill thoroughly under running water, and then let the tomatoes and dill dry.

Peel the garlic and chop it with a sharp knife. Cut the dill greens with a sharp knife. Combine the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar, salt, mustard, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar. Mix the filling thoroughly, add black pepper to taste and mix again.
