Korean tomato appetizer

A fiery appetizer for lovers of spicy dishes. Tomatoes need to be left to stand for 8 hours or more, but it's worth it. For the recipe, tomatoes should be medium-sized and dense.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half, remove the stalks. Peel the garlic with carrots, remove the seed boxes from the peppers.

Chop the pepper and garlic and twist through a meat grinder or food processor. Wash and grind greens. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater or on a regular one.

Put the tomatoes with the slices up in an airtight dish, then put the garlic and pepper, followed by the carrots and herbs. After 2 layers, sprinkle with spices, as well as black and red pepper.
