When the marinade boils, remove it from the stove and immediately pour it tomatoes and garlic in a jar. We roll up the lids. We turn the jar upside down to check the tightness. For additional "passive" sterilization, wrap the jar with a blanket and let it cool slowly. When cooled down, it can be stored in a cool, dark place.
