Tomatoes with aspirin and mustard

Delicious lightly salted tomatoes are loved by the whole family. Tomatoes cooked with mustard disappear especially quickly from the plates. Therefore, it is better to make more of such blanks right away. To keep the seams well, add aspirin to them. It will not affect the taste in any way, but tomatoes will stand all winter.

Wash the tomatoes and remove the petioles.

We put the tomatoes in sterilized jars and add to them a bay leaf and a few cloves of garlic. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and leave the water to stand for 10 minutes.

Drain the water carefully into the pot. Pour sugar and salt into it and bring to a boil.

Add mustard to the water and keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes.
