Tomatoes with aspirin and citric acid

Tomato pickling is a very fun process with its own tricks and secrets. For example, not only vinegar can be used as a preservative, but also aspirin and citric acid.

Wash the tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, leave aside to glass the water. Peel the onion. Cut bell peppers, carrots and onions into large pieces.
