To keep pickled tomatoes well, aspirin is added to the jars before rolling. This drug prevents the development of harmful bacteria and reduces the risk of spoilage. In addition, aspirin makes tomatoes particularly crispy and firm.

We prepare raw materials for pickling. Wash pepper and clean it from seeds and stalks. Cut the pulp into thin strips. Peel and rinse onions and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings. Peel the beets and carrots and wash them thoroughly. Cut the carrots into thin circles, the beets into thin semicircles. Wash parsley and dill and dry.
