Tomatoes with garlic and herbs are a great snack option not only for meat dishes. This marinade goes well with various types of garnish. Thanks to the correct composition of the harvest, tomatoes acquire spicy, pungent notes, which give a very interesting effect in combination with garlic and chopped herbs. The indisputable advantage of tomatoes prepared in this way is the ease of preparation.

Rinse the tomatoes well, dry them, then cut them into quarters. Do not forget to remove the stalks during the preparation of the tomato.

Next, peel the garlic and pass it through a press, wash my hot pepper and cut it into rings, finely chop the washed washed parsley and dill.

Put the tomatoes in a separate container, cut upwards in one layer, on top of which we sprinkle chopped herbs, garlic and pepper rings.

The next layer - lay out the tomatoes with a cut from top to bottom. Then again - a layer of herbs, garlic and pepper. Pour everything on top with vegetable oil.

Then our workpiece must be flavored with a small amount of vinegar.

Add salt and sugar to the tomatoes. Then we cover the container with our workpiece with a lid. Shake everything well.
