We offer you a great option for cooking tomatoes minced with garlic. This type of seaming may well serve as an alternative to store-bought ketchup. Tomatoes are not heat treated, therefore they retain all vitamins, the only condition is storage in the refrigerator.

Peel and wash the garlic.

We wash the tomatoes under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave them for 15-20 minutes to dry. Alternatively, you can wipe the tomatoes off with a towel. Cut dry tomatoes in half, remove the stalk and cut into slices.

Grind tomatoes in a blender or pass them through a meat grinder. Pass the garlic through a press. Add pepper and salt to the tomato-garlic mass. Mix well until the salt dissolves.
