Tomatoes with cauliflower for the winter

Cauliflower is also suitable for pickling and flavors on the other side. Cauliflower and tomato rolls look very appetizing and are rich in healthy vitamins.

Tomatoes are best taken small, firm and not overripe. Wash them, dry them and make a puncture with a toothpick near the stalk. Wash and sterilize seaming jars. Place tomatoes and cabbage inflorescences tightly in jars in random order.

Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Pour boiling water over the vegetables in the jar, cover with sterilized lids, but do not twist. Leave the vegetables in boiling water for 25-30 minutes.
