Salted tomatoes with cabbage for the winter

Salt has been a food preserving agent for a long time. Salted vegetables have a long shelf life and a pleasant crunch. This will help you diversify your diet in winter, when fresh vegetables are not always available.

Wash and dry the tomatoes.
