The recipe for harvesting tomatoes with citric acid can be used as an attendant, thanks to it, in winter, delicious pickled vegetables will be on your table. In addition, such seaming is done easily and without much hassle.

Wash the jars with soda or cleaning agent, sterilize them, boil the lids. Wash and dry the tomatoes, pierce each vegetable with a toothpick in several places.

Put the required amount of dry cloves, allspice and black peppercorns on the bottom of the jars, then place the tomatoes to the top.

Boil water in a saucepan. Gradually fill the tomato jars with boiling water. Cover the jars with lids and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water back into the pan, for this you may need a special nylon lid with holes.

Add salt, sugar and citric acid to the water, bring the brine to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes. The salt and sugar should be completely dissolved.
