Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We select juicy and dense tomatoes. We rinse them under a stream of warm running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry out a little.
step 2 out of 7
Cut the dried tomatoes in half and remove the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 slices so that they pass well through the neck of the jar.
step 3 out of 7
Peel and wash the garlic. Peel the onions, rinse and chop with thin rings.
step 4 out of 7
We wash the tomato jars with baking soda, put them in the oven on the wire rack with the neck down and sterilize at 110 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Then we take the jars out of the oven and leave them for 10-15 minutes to cool. Put cloves of garlic, black and allspice at the bottom of the sterilized jars.
step 5 out of 7
We put the tomato slices tightly in the jar, shifting them with onion rings. Put a pot of water on the stove, add salt and sugar, stir and bring to a boil. Boil the marinade for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and pour into jars, add vinegar and vegetable oil to each jar.
step 6 out of 7
Pour water into a large saucepan, put it on fire and heat it up. Then put a cotton napkin on the bottom of the pan, put jars of tomatoes on it and cover them with lids. Sterilize the tomatoes 15 minutes after boiling the water in a saucepan.
step 7 out of 7
After sterilizing the jars, we take them out of the pan using a grip and tighten them tightly with boiled lids. Turn the jars upside down and leave to cool completely at room temperature. Then we put the twists in a cool dark place for storage.
