Ripe red tomatoes with spicy onions will be eaten in jar after jar in winter, as they are very tasty, especially if cooked from the Plum or Ladies Fingers varieties. In this case, the brine can be used in the preparation of the pickle. Sterilization of cans in this version is not required, which simplifies the procurement process.
