Uzbek tomatoes with onions

Achik-chuchuk is the second name of the Uzbek dish. This salad is special in that it does not use any dressing, only spices, and the juice of vegetables gives it juiciness. More often, the appetizer is prepared for pilaf, but this salad will also be in perfect harmony with other hot dishes. It is important that the ingredients are cut into thin slices, so prepare a sharp knife.
