Ingredients
Cooking process
Place the carrot sprigs in sterile jars, placing the thick and coarse ones on the very bottom. Then tamp the tomatoes into jars with tops, stuffing them quite tightly into the containers. Measure out the required amount of water - about half a liter. Add granulated sugar and salt to the water, bring the water to a boil and boil for a few minutes. Pour the brine into jars with tomatoes and, covering them with lids, leave for ten minutes.
Pour the boiled brine into the jars of tomatoes almost to the very top, so that the tomatoes are completely poured. Pour vinegar directly into the container with the blank and immediately roll up the blank with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down for a day and then store them for at least two weeks until fully cooked. In the future, you can open the jar for a sample or store it in a dark place with a moderate temperature.
