The first step is to pasteurize the jars. We need 6 liter jars. Before sterilization, rinse the jars with baking soda. Dip the lids in boiling water for five minutes. Then rinse the vegetables thoroughly. Divide the grapes and wash each berry. We wash the pepper and remove the seeds and stalk from it. At the bottom of each jar we spread 1 bay leaf, 7 pcs. peppercorns, 2 pcs. allspice, a quarter of an onion.
step 2 out of 7
Put the tomatoes in the first layer, then sweet peppers.

The next layer is grapes.
step 4 out of 7
Repeat layers until the jar is full.
step 5 out of 7
Gently lay a sprig of dill on top.
step 6 out of 7
Pour boiling water over the contents of the jars and leave for ten minutes. After that, pour the water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar there, bring the marinade to a boil. Then we pour it into cans. We repeat the procedure again: after ten minutes, pour the marinade from the cans into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the marinade into the jars again.
