Put a laurel leaf, peppercorns, cloves and a slice of hot pepper in the prepared jars. Then put the tomatoes in jars in layers and alternating with grapes and garlic slices. Boil water in a saucepan and pour boiling water over the tomatoes and grapes. Cover the jars with lids and leave for 10 minutes. After this time, pour the water from the jars back into the pan. Pour the tomatoes twice.
