The ingredients listed are for one liter can. After the spices, the jar must be filled with clean tomatoes and grapes. First, put the tomatoes, then the grape layer. Repeat layers. The first layer of grapes can be filled with white, the second with dark. You can mix them if desired.
Pour the cooled water into a saucepan, put on fire. Add salt and granulated sugar. We mix. After boiling, keep the marinade on fire for a couple of minutes and turn off the gas. When preparing the marinade, take into account the volume of the blanks, the indicated amount of salt and sugar is calculated for 0.5 liters of marinade, that is, for one liter jar of seaming.
