Tomatoes with grapes are an original way of harvesting for the winter, which is unlikely to leave indifferent even sophisticated gourmets. For such a harvest, you can take any kind of grapes. The main rule is not to mix varieties. As for the choice of tomatoes, there are also no hard restrictions: give preference to your favorite varieties of small sizes.

First of all, we will deal with sterilization of cans. To do this, first rinse the jars using baking soda, rinse them thoroughly, then hold them over steam for 20 minutes. Boil the lids for five minutes.

Let's take care of vegetables. We wash and dry the tomatoes. Then, in each fruit, we make several punctures with a fork or a toothpick in the area of ​​the stalk. We remove the grapes from the bunch, rinse. Set aside soft berries with signs of damage. We use only strong fruits.

At the bottom of a sterilized jar, lay out two types of pepper, bay leaf, chopped garlic cloves. After that, we send the tomatoes to the jar. We put them in a row. Next is a layer of grapes. Repeat the layers in this order until you run out of space in the jar.

In order to make our workpiece look more beautiful, you can put dark grapes in the final layer. Fill the contents of the jars with boiling water and leave it there for ten minutes.
