Put bay leaves and black pepper on the bottom of a sterilized jar. Next, tightly lay one layer of tomatoes, which we sprinkle with a mixture of horseradish and garlic. Then we spread the second layer of tomatoes and then horseradish with garlic. In the same way, fill the container to the very top. After that, add the vinegar essence and immediately fill the container with hot marinade.
