Tomatoes in their own instant juice

I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious tomato snack in my own juice. The recipe is quite simple and quick. A tomato snack requires a minimum of ingredients. If tomatoes are born, and there is nowhere to put them, then this is a great way to use them wisely.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Wash and sterilize the jars in the microwave or oven.
step 2 out of 8
Put the lids in a container with water and boil for about 10 minutes.
step 3 out of 8
Select hard tomatoes of the same size, rinse thoroughly under cold running water, dry.
step 4 out of 8
Fill sterile jars with tomatoes by pricking them with a toothpick around the stem. Pour the prepared boiling water over.
step 5 out of 8
Wash soft tomatoes, dry, cut the stalk.
step 6 out of 8
Pass through a juicer. You can use a food processor, blender or meat grinder, but then the mass will need to be filtered through a sieve.
step 7 out of 8
Pour the chopped mass into a saucepan, add sugar and salt, put on fire. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes and immediately remove from heat.
step 8 out of 8
Drain the water from the cans and fill with the prepared boiling filling. Tighten hot jars of tomato appetizer with screw caps. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them in this form until they cool completely for about a day. Then turn over and move the jars to a cool, dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
