Spicy tomatoes in their own juice

Tomatoes in their juice make a universal rolling: tomatoes can be put on the table as a snack, and the juice can be used as a sauce or dressing for soup. The workpiece will be quite sharp, although the degree of sharpness can be adjusted independently depending on preference.

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Select small tomatoes, sort them. Rinse the tomatoes, put in a colander.
step 2 out of 7
Wash the largest specimens, cut into pieces and scroll in a meat grinder.
step 3 out of 7
Pour sugar and salt into tomato puree, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Be sure to remove the foam.
step 4 out of 7
Wash cans and lids with soda, rinse and sterilize. Boil the lids for 4 minutes. Arrange whole tomatoes in jars.
step 5 out of 7
Put in each jar a clove bud, a couple of parsley sprigs, 3-4 garlic cloves and a slice of chili pepper.
step 6 out of 7
Put a towel folded in several parts on the bottom in a wide saucepan. Put jars of tomatoes in a saucepan, pour hot water up to the shoulders of the jars. Pour boiling tomato puree over the tomatoes in the jars. Pasteurize the jars for 15 minutes, tighten with screw caps and wrap them in a warm blanket. Leave warm until cool completely.
step 7 out of 7
Put spicy tomatoes in their own juice in a wardrobe or closet for storage.
