Tomatoes in their own juice with aspirin

Preserving tomatoes for the winter is a common thing for any housewife. Each housewife has her own ideal tomato recipes for the winter. I suggest preparing tomatoes in their own juice for the winter using aspirin. A winter snack is obtained with a rich, bright taste.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare the jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, water bath, or oven. Put the lids in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for about 10 minutes. Select tomatoes that are dense and about the same size, rinse thoroughly under cold running water, dry. Fill sterile jars with tomatoes.
step 2 out of 8
Peel the garlic, rinse the hot pepper and peel it from the seeds and core. Peel the horseradish root and cut into several pieces. Rinse the dill greens and shake off excess moisture. Add allspice peas, bay leaf, garlic, aspirin, dill, a piece of horseradish root and hot pepper to each jar.
step 3 out of 8
Rinse soft tomatoes under cold water, dry, cut into several pieces, cut the stalk. Pass through a juicer. You can also use a food processor, blender or meat grinder, but in this case, the resulting mass will need to be filtered through a fine sieve. Pour the chopped mass into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
step 4 out of 8
Add granulated sugar and salt.
step 5 out of 8
Put the saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and skimming off the resulting foam, cook for about 3-5 minutes and immediately remove from heat.
step 6 out of 8
Pour the cooked boiling filling over the jars of tomatoes.
step 7 out of 8
Cover the jars with sterile lids. Gently roll up hot cans of tomato appetizer with a sealer or screw caps.
step 8 out of 8
Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them in this form until they cool completely for about a day. Then turn over and move the jars to a cool, dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
