Tomatoes in their own juice are versatile and easy to prepare. Adding horseradish will make it spicy and even more original. The dish is interesting because the result is both an appetizer and rich tomato juice with spices.

For cooking, we choose strong and ripe tomatoes without defects. We remove the tails, rinse them from dirt.

We wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds. Grind in a blender or in any way convenient for you.

Chop the garlic. We do the same with horseradish.

Boil water in a saucepan for scalding the tomato.

Put the tomatoes tightly in jars and pour boiling water over them. We insist for 10 minutes, drain the water.

Pour the tomato juice into a separate saucepan. It can be obtained by passing ripe and juicy tomatoes through a meat grinder. Add pepper, garlic and horseradish puree to the juice, as well as salt and sugar. We put on the stove and bring to a boil.

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook after boiling for 3 minutes. We remove from the fire.
