Tomatoes in their juice are a fairly common popular snack that is rolled up for the winter. It can be diversified with various additives and spices, in our case it is horseradish and garlic, which add piquancy to tomatoes.

Wash the vegetables, peel the garlic and horseradish.

Prepare tomato juice. Cut the tomatoes for juice into pieces, put in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes. after boiling, stirring occasionally. Punch hot with a blender.

Grate horseradish root and cloves of garlic on a fine grater. Take 1 tbsp. l. both components. Heat the juice again, put garlic and horseradish in it, mix. Add salt and sugar, bring to a boil. Based on 1 liter of tomato juice, you need 1 tbsp. l. salt and 2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar. Boil for 20 minutes, covered with a lid. If you get too much juice, it can be boiled down a little longer. Do not forget to remove the foam.

Fill the jars with whole, medium-sized tomatoes tightly enough. Pour everything with hot tomato juice up to the necks of the cans. Cover the jars with lids and sterilize for 15-20 minutes.

Roll up the cans, turn upside down and cover with a warm blanket. Allow to cool completely and store.
