Select tomatoes that are dense and about the same size, rinse thoroughly under cold water, dry. Cut the dried tomatoes into several pieces. Wash the bell peppers, remove the core and seeds, cut into several pieces. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Combine the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl.

Wash and sterilize the jars in the microwave or oven. Put the lids in a container with water and boil for about 10 minutes. Fill sterile jars with vegetables. Wash soft tomatoes, dry, cut the stalk. Pass through a juicer. Pour the chopped mass into a saucepan, add sugar and salt, put on fire.
