Select tomatoes that are dense and about the same size, rinse thoroughly under cold water, dry. Cut the dried tomatoes into several pieces. Wash the bell peppers, remove the core and seeds, cut into several pieces. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Combine the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl.
Bring to a boil, then add apple cider vinegar and immediately remove from heat. Pour the appetizer with boiling pouring, adding garlic previously peeled from the husk. Place the jars in a pan covered with a towel, cover with sterile lids, pour warm water over the hangers, bring to a boil and sterilize for 10 minutes.
