According to this recipe, you can prepare tomatoes in tomato juice for the winter without sterilization, which allows all micro and macro elements to be preserved in them as much as possible, and they will remain as fresh to taste. You can take tomato juice ready-made, or you can make it yourself from ripe tomatoes. It is proposed to add garlic and horseradish to the sweet and sour tomato marinade, which will add some piquancy to the preparation.

Rinse the tomatoes well under running water and make punctures of the peel in the area of ​​the stalks with a wooden stick.

Sterilize the jars and lids by any means. Place prepared tomatoes in them and pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes.
