Tomatoes in tomato juice with onions

Tomatoes in tomato juice are tender and juicy. You can eat a tomato and drink it with homemade tomato juice. For the recipe, you need to take two varieties of tomatoes: cream for the filling and a bovine heart or another salad variety for tomato juice.

Sort out fleshy tomatoes, wash and pass through a juicer.

Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan and put on fire.

Fill sterilized jars with creamy tomatoes, put chopped onion and garlic between them. Add sugar.

Also add salt to the jar.

Put bay leaf, peppercorns.

The tomato juice boiled. Remove the foam and boil the juice for another 15 minutes.
