We sort out the tomatoes, remove the fruits with spots and cracks aside. Rinse dense tomatoes thoroughly with cold water.

We fill a liter jar with tomatoes. We lay the fruits as tightly as possible to each other.

Let's prepare the tomato filling. Pour water into a small container, put on fire and bring to a boil. Next, add the required amount of tomato paste to boiling water, mix. Bring to a boil again. If foam forms, remove it. When the filling has boiled for a couple of minutes, add granulated sugar and salt to it. We mix everything. Boil the tomato sauce for a few more minutes, then add vinegar, mix and turn off the gas.

Pour hot filling into a jar of tomatoes. Stir the tomato sauce thoroughly before that to remove sediment from the bottom. Cover the jar with a lid and place in a pot of water to sterilize for 15 minutes.
