Tomatoes in tomato paste for the winter with vinegar

I love various ways of harvesting for the winter. Today I want to share one of my favorite recipes for delicious tomatoes in tomato paste. The appetizer turns out to be fragrant and aromatic, and is often present on any festive table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First of all, wash and sterilize the jars in the microwave. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Wash and dry the parsley. Place a few sprigs of parsley and a few chunks of garlic on the bottom of sterile jars.
step 2 out of 6
Choose tomatoes that are strong and the same size, small and medium-sized tomatoes work well. Wash and dry the tomatoes thoroughly. Fill the jar with tomatoes as tightly as possible. Pour in vinegar essence.
step 3 out of 6
Pour the required amount of water into a saucepan and boil it, then add the tomato paste. Stir until completely dissolved, add granulated sugar, table salt, allspice and bay leaf. Boil the marinade for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
step 4 out of 6
Then remove from heat and immediately fill the tomato jars with the prepared filling. Cover the jars with sterile lids and place them in a saucepan, cover the bottom of which with a kitchen towel. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars, put on medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and sterilize the workpiece for 15 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
Carefully remove the hot cans and screw tightly with screw caps or seamer. Turn the cans upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket, and leave them to cool completely.
step 6 out of 6
Then move the snack jars to a cool, dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
