If you suddenly get bored with the classics, use new and interesting ways of preserving vegetables. In apple juice with aromatic ginger, tomatoes retain their shape, they are sweet and sour with piquant notes.

Take sturdy small tomatoes. Wash them, dry them, pierce each vegetable with a toothpick near the stalk attachment.

Juice can be made by yourself using a juicer, then diluted with water in a ratio of 2 to 1. Ready juice should be taken only clarified. Wash the ginger root, peel and grate. Pour the juice into a saucepan, put on fire, add salt, sugar and ginger. Bring the marinade to a boil and pour into the tomato jars.

Put a towel in a large saucepan at the bottom, leave the jars of tomatoes on it. Pour water into the pot so that it reaches the "shoulders" of the cans. Sterilize the tomato jars in apple juice for 25-30 minutes. After sterilization, roll up the jars with lids, turn them upside down and leave to cool completely under a blanket.
