Tomatoes in gelatin for the winter without sterilization

I propose to cook a simple recipe for an appetizer of tomatoes in gelatin for the winter. There is no need to sterilize the workpiece, which significantly reduces the time for preparing a fragrant snack. You can adjust the amount of spices and seasonings yourself, depending on your own preferences.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Pour gelatin with a glass of water. Leave it on for 25 minutes.
step 2 out of 9
Wash the jars thoroughly and microwave sterilize.
step 3 out of 9
Peel the garlic and onions, cut the onions into rings.
step 4 out of 9
Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under cold water, dry, prick with a toothpick around the stalk.
step 5 out of 9
Fill the jars with tomatoes, garlic and onions, alternating between them.
step 6 out of 9
Pour 4 cups of drinking water into a saucepan. Add granulated sugar and salt.
step 7 out of 9
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, pour in the vinegar, then remove from heat and add the swollen gelatin. Mix thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
step 8 out of 9
Pour the prepared marinade into the jars. Tighten hot jars with snacks well with lids, after pouring boiling water over them. Turn them upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely for about a day. Then turn over and move them to a cool place for storage.
step 9 out of 9
Tomatoes can be cooked whole or cut. You can try tomatoes in a couple of days.

Bon Appetit!
