The peculiarity of tomatoes for the winter in gelatin is that even not the most ideal fruits can be used for harvesting. This recipe is a real godsend for cracked vegetables. And the addition of onions will give the canned dish a special piquancy and originality.

After boiling, pour the swollen gelatin into the water. Stir and pour in the tomatoes. At the end, add a spoonful of vinegar to each jar and close the lid.
