This significantly reduces the time for conservation and at the same time preserves vitamins and nutrients that the body needs in the cold season. The recipe itself is simple, even a novice hostess can handle it.

At the very beginning, you need to soak the gelatin in cold water and leave to swell for half an hour.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them in half or in quarters, depending on the size of the tomatoes. For harvesting, choose dense fruits, without external damage. Please note that the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe is calculated for 1 liter can of the workpiece.

Cut the peeled onions into thin rings.

The parsley should be rinsed and chopped.

After boiling, boil the marinade for a couple of minutes until the crystals of dry substances dissolve, then pour in the vinegar essence and add the swollen gelatin. Stir everything and boil for another three minutes.
