Ingredients
Cooking process
We wash the tomato jars with baking soda, rinse with water. We put the cans in the oven on the wire rack with the neck down and sterilize at 110 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Then, with the help of a stuck, we take out the cans from the oven and let them cool down a little. At the bottom of the jars, spread part of the onion, garlic, bay leaf and peppercorns. Then put the tomatoes tightly in the jar, put a little onion, chopped greens and bay leaf on top again.
Soak gelatin in a small container, adding 3-5 tbsp. water. Prepare the marinade: pour filtered water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add sugar and salt, mix until completely dissolved, boil for 3-4 minutes. Then add gelatin to the hot marinade, mix well with a spoon so that the gelatin dissolves in the marinade, at the end add vinegar and remove the marinade from the heat.
Pour the hot marinade into a jar, then put the jar to sterilize in a pan with warm water, at the bottom of which we cover with a cotton napkin. Bring the water in a saucepan to a boil and sterilize the tomatoes for 20 minutes. Close the finished tomatoes with a boiled lid, turn the jar upside down and leave at room temperature until it cools completely. Then we put the jar in a cool place for storage.
