Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We select ripe tomatoes, but not soft. We wash them under running water, put them on a towel and let the water drain for 5-10 minutes. Then cut the tomatoes in half. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings, if the onion is not large, cut into rings.
step 2 out of 7
We rinse the twist jar with baking soda and rinse well with water. Put the washed parsley sprigs, spices and a little chopped onion at the bottom of the jar.
step 3 out of 7
Next, put the tomatoes in the jar up to half tightly, then again several onion rings and up the tomatoes.
step 4 out of 7
We measure out the required amount of gelatin and pour it directly into the jar over the tomatoes.
step 5 out of 7
Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar, mix well and boil for 3-5 minutes, then add vinegar essence and boil for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Pour the hot marinade into a jar.
step 6 out of 7
Pour water into a large pot for sterilization and set over medium heat. When the water heats up to 40-50 degrees, put a cotton towel or cotton napkin on the bottom of the pan so that the cans stand well and do not slip along the bottom of the pan. We put the jar on a towel so that the water covers the jar above the middle, and sterilize it in hot water for 10-15 minutes, covering the jar with a lid.
step 7 out of 7
We take the sterilized jar out of the water with a grip, tighten the lid tightly, turn it upside down and leave it at room temperature until it cools completely. Then we remove the jars of tomatoes for storage in a cool place.
