Some baking lovers have a dairy intolerance. I want to share an unusual interesting recipe for lean orange manna, which can be consumed by everyone, without exception, of course, if you do not have an allergic reaction to the rest of the ingredients.

Wash the oranges thoroughly, pour over boiling water, then pat dry with paper towels or place on a clean dry towel. Use a fine grater to remove the orange zest and then squeeze out the orange juice.

Soak the poppy in hot water and leave for about 10-15 minutes.

Then drain through a fine sieve and grind it with a blender or meat grinder.

Then add the semolina, sift the wheat flour, add baking soda, granulated sugar, vanillin, and orange zest. Mix thoroughly.

Add orange juice and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.

Mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.

Grease a metal baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, distribute the prepared dough evenly. Place the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the manna for about 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the dessert with a toothpick or wooden skewer. It must be completely dry.

After the time has passed, carefully, so as not to burn your hands, remove the mold with manna from the oven. Cool slightly and then remove from metal mold. Sprinkle the cooled lean orange manna with powdered sugar. Cut the dessert into portions.
