Lean banana muffin in a slow cooker

We suggest making a lean muffin with bananas in a slow cooker. The dough requires a minimum of food. Among them - of course, bananas, as well as honey. Fragrant pastries that are perfect for the fasting period and will delight those with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Prepare the banana puree right away. We peel the fruits, place them in a bowl and squeeze one by one with a fork until a non-uniform puree-like state. If you puree them with an immersion blender, then the puree will be smooth, and there will be no small banana pieces, and they feel very advantageous in the finished muffin.
step 2 out of 9
Pour the specified amount of water at room temperature into the crushed bananas. We put honey.
step 3 out of 9
Next, pour in odorless vegetable oil. Mix everything together with a fork or whisk until you get a homogeneous mass.
step 4 out of 9
Lastly, add the sifted flour and baking powder to the bowl. Mix the flour with the banana mass until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
step 5 out of 9
The dough turns out to be rather thick, non-dripping. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a thin layer of vegetable oil. We spread the prepared dough into it, level the surface.
step 6 out of 9
We put the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, select the "Baking" mode for one hour. We press "Start".
step 7 out of 9
After the program time has elapsed, open the lid of the appliance and check the readiness of the cake by sticking a toothpick into it: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready. The top of the product will be without a crust, and the bottom and edges should be well browned.
step 8 out of 9
Turn the finished cake upside down from the bowl onto the wire rack, let it cool completely so that the moist crumb forms well.
step 9 out of 9
Sprinkle the cooled cake with sifted icing sugar. You can also use a banana for decoration - spread thin slices of peeled banana in the form of a flower on the surface. We cut the cake into portions and serve it to the table for tea or coffee.
Bon Appetit!
