Lean Meatless Pea Soup

Today I want to share a wonderful recipe for a great lean pea puree soup without the use of meat. The first dish is obtained with a thick, uniform consistency. This soup will warm you up on a cold autumn day and fill you well. Cook and you won't regret it!

Rinse the crushed peas, and then leave on a sieve to allow excess moisture in the glass.

Put the peas in a saucepan, cover with water, put on fire and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, covered, for about 1 hour. Wash and peel the potatoes using a vegetable peeler, cut into cubes and place in a saucepan.

Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them using a vegetable peeler and grate them on a coarse grater.

Put the vegetables in a well-heated frying pan and fry until soft, stirring occasionally. Put the frying in the soup, salt and bring to a boil.

Gently remove the hot saucepan from the heat. Using a hand blender, bring the pea soup to a smooth, smooth consistency.
