Lean manna is a fragrant, tasty treat that is easy to make at home! This is the perfect dessert for tea, because we allow you to keep your figure. And to give the dish a special sweetness and appetizing, add honey, nuts and dried fruits to the dough. The mannik will turn out to be simply delicious!

Boil the water, cool it to 30-40 degrees and fill it with semolina. Add honey and stir. Let the semolina brew for about half an hour.

Pour the raisins with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes to soften. And crush the nuts in a blender or with a knife.
