Lean manna in a slow cooker

Lean mannik is a very aromatic and incredibly tasty tea delicacy. It is easy to cook both in the oven and in the slow cooker. In a slow cooker, the dessert turns out to be softer, but not so ruddy. Therefore, we will decorate it with powdered sugar, and for the filling we will take some fresh or frozen cherries!

Combine semolina with sugar, pour warm boiled water and leave for a few minutes, until semolina swells.

Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.

After that, add flour, vegetable oil, liquid honey and soda slaked with vinegar to the semolina. Pour apple pieces into the dough and stir.

We peel the cherries and leave them for the filling.

Now we take the multicooker bowl, coat it with vegetable oil. Spread ½ part of the dough in an even layer, then put the cherries and the dough again. We put the bowl in the multicooker, select the "Baking" or "Casserole" mode and wait 60 minutes.
