Put honey in a deep bowl, add sugar, pour warm water. Mix well. We make sure that the sugar and honey are completely dissolved.

Add a pinch of salt and refined vegetable oil. Mix everything again.

Sift the flour along with the baking powder and add it to the liquid ingredients in several steps. Stir, ensuring the absence of lumps. If desired, you can add your favorite dried fruits and / or nuts to the dough.

Grease the baking dish with butter. We spread the dough in the prepared form, level and put in the oven.
