Lean salad with croutons

Contrary to popular belief, lean salads can be very satisfying. Croutons combined with legumes are an appetizing tandem that can be your complete meal. Cooking is simple and doesn't take much of your time.

We open a jar of corn, drain all the water. We send the corn to the salad bowl.

We do the same with beans. Add it to the corn.
