If you love chocolate baked goods and are fasting, we recommend giving this muffin a try. Knead the dough on the basis of mashed banana, water and cocoa. Moreover, the taste of cocoa almost completely "covers" the banana flavor. The crust of the cake turns out to be damp, loose - before serving, be sure to let the baked goods cool to stabilize. You can bake one large cupcake, or arrange the dough into separate cupcakes.

It is very convenient to knead such dough right in the blender bowl. Pour a measured amount of flour into a bowl, add granulated sugar, coconut oil, cocoa powder, soda. Mix dry ingredients.

We peel the bananas, break them into pieces and send them to the bowl with the dry ingredients.

Pour in the specified amount of water and lemon juice. We turn on the blender and achieve a smooth, homogeneous dough. If you knead the dough by hand, then separately make a dry mixture and separately puree the bananas with water and lemon juice. Then pour the liquid banana mass into the dry mixture and mix well. The muffin dough is ready.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees. Grease a baking dish (one large or for portioned muffins) with a small amount of odorless vegetable oil. If the molds are silicone, then lubrication is not required.

We spread the chocolate-banana dough in prepared forms. Cupcakes rise when baking, so don't fill more than two-thirds of the molds. We put the muffins in the oven on the middle level and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer - if it comes out of the cake dry, then we stop baking.
