Wash the apples well, peel them, cut them into halves and remove the seed boxes. Then grind them into a coarse grater. Grate the apples directly into the jam pot.

Place the saucepan with grated apples on low heat and cook for 15 minutes to soften the apples. We do not add water to apples, since they immediately give enough of their juice. Stir the apple mass periodically with a wooden spoon.

Chop the boiled apples directly in a saucepan using a hand blender or grind on a thick sieve.

Pour the required amount of sugar to the resulting puree, mix everything well and again place the pan on minimum heat.
