Hot pear jam with lemon, gently so as not to burn yourself, arrange in sterile jars using a ladle, screw with sterile lids. Then turn them upside down and wrap something warm. Leave as it is until it cools completely. Move the completely cooled jars to a cool place for storage - in the basement, cellar or closet.
